Target Information
Interleukin 24 (IL-24), 또는 melanoma differentiation-associated gene-7 (mda-7)은 IL-10 사이토카인 패밀리와 상동성을 가지는 분비 단백질을 암호화합니다.
IL-24는 활성화된 말초혈 단핵세포에 의해 분비되며, IL-22R1/IL-20R2 및 IL-20R1/IL-20R2 이형이량체 수용체에 결합하여 JAK/STAT 신호경로를 활성화합니다.
또한, mda-7/IL-24는 p53 비의존적 방식으로 악성 교종에서 성장 억제, 세포사멸 및 방사선 감작을 유도하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
