Target Information
Band 3 단백질은 인간 적혈구막의 가장 풍부한 막단백질로, 주요 음이온 수송 단백질로 기능합니다. 약 90–100 kDa 크기의 단백질이며, 탄수화물 부분의 구조적 다양성으로 인해 미세이질성을 보입니다.
C-말단 영역은 막을 여러 번 관통하며 음이온 수송을 담당하고, N-말단 영역은 세포 내부에 위치하여 ankyrin 등 세포골격 단백질과 상호작용합니다.
