Reconstitute the lyophilized antibody with deionized water (or equivalent) to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/ml.

MSH6 belongs to the Mutator S (MutS) family of proteins. It contains the Walker-A/B adenine nucleotide binding motif. MSH6 has an intrinsic ATPase activity. It is involved in DNA damage repair. It functions exclusively when bound to hMSH2 as a heterodimer. Target Information
