• Reconstitution:
  Reconstitute with 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL double distilled water (DDW), depending on sample size.
  The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature.
  Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
  The reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week.
  For longer storage, aliquot and store at -20°C.
  Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
  Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

Target Information

The Eph subfamily represents the largest group of receptor protein tyrosine kinases identified to date. Although their precise biological functions are not fully defined, they are implicated in central nervous system function and developmental processes.
Human and homologous receptors include EphA1–EphA8 and EphB1–EphB6.
Ligands for these receptors include ephrin-A and ephrin-B family members, such as ephrin-A2 (Elf-1), which acts as a ligand for EphA4.
