Product Specific Information

  • For IHC (PFA fixed): Incubate antibody for 30 min at room temperature.
  • Formalin-fixed tissues require heating in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 min at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 min.

CD235a (Glycophorin A, GPA)는 성숙 적혈구 및 적혈구 전구세포에서 발현되는 단일 막관통 시알로글리코프로틴입니다.
혈액형 M 및 N 특이성을 운반하며, 적혈구 간 응집을 최소화하는 점액질 장벽 역할을 합니다.
또한 Sandei virus, parvovirus, Streptococcus adhesin Hsa의 수용체로 작용하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
