- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): 항체를 실온에서 30분간 반응시킵니다.
- 포르말린 고정 조직 염색 시, 10 mM Tris (1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0) 용액에서 95°C로 45분간 가열 후, 실온에서 20분간 냉각합니다.

이 단백질은 혈액형 M 및 N 특이성을 운반하며, 점액질 유사 구조를 통해 적혈구 간 융합을 방지하고 순환 중 응집을 최소화하는 역할을 합니다.
CD235a는 Sandei virus, parvovirus 및 Streptococcus adhesin Hsa의 수용체로 작용하는 것으로 보고되었습니다.
