Target Information
RND1은 고유의 GTPase 활성이 없으며, GDP에 대한 친화도가 낮고 항상 GTP에 결합되어 있습니다. 세포골격(actin cytoskeleton)의 재배열을 조절하며, Rac 의존적 신경돌기(neuritic process) 형성을 유도합니다. 또한 세포체로부터 많은 신경돌기 형성을 유도하며, 피질 액틴 필라멘트를 파괴합니다.
