Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to reach a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

The NR2C1 gene encodes a nuclear hormone receptor with a conserved DNA binding domain (DBD), a variable hinge region, and a carboxy-terminal ligand binding domain (LBD).
It belongs to the steroid/thyroid hormone receptor superfamily, regulating gene expression by binding to specific DNA sequences within target gene promoters.
Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants exist, though some full-length variants remain undetermined.
