CD45 (LCA, leukocyte common antigen)은 모든 핵이 있는 조혈세포에서 보편적으로 발현되는 수용체형 단백질 티로신 인산화효소(PTP)로, 림프구의 표면 단백질 중 약 10%를 차지합니다. 비조혈세포 및 비조혈성 조직에서는 발현되지 않습니다.
CD45는 림프구 발달과 항원 신호전달에 중요한 조절자로서 Src-family kinase를 조절하며, 여러 아이소폼이 존재합니다.
CD45RA는 CD45 복합체의 한 아이소폼으로, 림프구 아형 간 발현이 제한적입니다.
CD45는 T 및 B 세포 수용체 신호전달의 필수 조절자이며, JAK kinase를 억제하여 사이토카인 수용체 신호를 조절합니다. 또한 integrin 매개 신호전달, 세포 생존, 그리고 면역 기능 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
