Target Information
RNA polymerase II는 mRNA 및 다양한 비암호화 RNA의 합성을 담당하는 효소입니다. POLR2A는 RNA polymerase II의 가장 큰 서브유닛인 RPB1을 암호화합니다. RPB1의 C-terminal domain (CTD)은 YSPTSPS 서열의 반복으로 구성되어 있으며, 이 부위의 Serine-2 및 Serine-5 인산화는 전사 조절 인자의 결합과 RNA 처리 인자의 모집을 조정합니다.
