Product Specific Information
This antibody detects human PD-L1 isoform 1 (290aa, 33.3 kDa) and isoform 3 (178aa, 20.5 kDa), as well as mouse and rat PD-L1 (290aa, 33 kDa). It does not cross-react with PD-L2.
By Western blot, this antibody detects a band at approximately 37 kDa.

- Human heart tissue/lysate
PA5-20343 can be used with blocking peptide PEP-0463.
The immunogen is located within amino acids 60–110 of PD-L1.
Target Information
Programmed death receptor ligand 1 (PD-L1, also known as B7-H1) is a member of the B7 family. It binds to programmed death receptor 1 (PD-1), which negatively regulates T-cell receptor (TCR) signaling.
Upon receptor binding, PD-L1 decreases TCR-mediated proliferation and cytokine production.
PD-L1 expression is abundant in many murine and human cancers and can be upregulated by IFN-γ stimulation, suggesting a role in tumor immune evasion.
