Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, it is recommended to perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The ELF1 gene encodes an E26 transformation-specific related transcription factor. The encoded protein is mainly expressed in lymphoid cells and functions as both an enhancer and a repressor, regulating the transcription of various genes. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
