Target Information
Anti-Mouse 2차 항체는 마우스 면역글로불린에 대해 잘 특성화된 특이성을 가진 친화 정제 항체입니다. 대상 단백질의 검출, 분리 또는 정제에 유용하며, 다양한 검출 시스템(HRP, AP, 형광 등)과 함께 사용할 수 있습니다. 여러 개의 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합할 수 있어 신호 증폭을 통한 높은 민감도를 제공합니다. 일반적으로 2차 항체는 표적 종의 면역글로불린을 이용해 숙주 동물을 면역시켜 생성되며, 면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 라벨 결합 등의 과정을 통해 높은 특이성을 가진 시약으로 정제됩니다.
