Target Information
Laminin은 basement membrane을 구성하는 비콜라겐성 단백질로, 회전 그림자법으로 관찰 시 하나의 긴 팔(400 kD)과 세 개의 짧은 팔(200 kD)을 가진 십자형 구조를 보입니다. Laminin 항체는 basement membrane에 특이적으로 존재하며, 특히 lamina lucida 영역에서 강한 반응을 나타냅니다. Laminin은 type IV collagen과 결합하며, 세포 부착과 접착에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
