IHC (PFA fixed):
Incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
For formalin-fixed tissues, heat sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA (pH 9.0) for 45 minutes at 95°C, then cool at room temperature for 20 minutes.Predicted Reactivity: Mouse, Rat, Rabbit, Cow, Dog, Pig, Deer, Orangutan
