Target Information
TTI1 is a regulator of the DNA damage response (DDR). It is part of the TTT complex required for stabilizing protein levels of the PIKK family. The TTT complex contributes to cellular resistance to DNA damage stresses such as ionizing radiation (IR), ultraviolet (UV), and mitomycin C (MMC). Together with HSP90, it participates in the proper folding of newly synthesized PIKKs, and promotes assembly and stability of mTORC1 and mTORC2 complexes, which regulate cell growth and survival in response to nutrient and hormonal signals.
