Target Information
Regulates centrosome duplication, likely by inhibiting the kinase activity of ROCK2. Acts as a co-chaperone for HSP90 and may regulate NOD1 via an HSP90 chaperone complex. Exhibits intrinsic chaperone activity in vitro by preventing ROCK2 association with NPM1. Involved in stress response and tumorigenesis prevention.
