- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve ~1 mg/mL final concentration.

Target Information
MEF2C is a transcription activator that binds specifically to MEF2 elements in muscle-specific gene regulatory regions. It plays a key role in:
- Cardiac morphogenesis and myogenesis
- Vascular development
- Hippocampal-dependent learning and memory
- Neuronal development and synaptic regulation
- Megakaryocyte and platelet formation
- B-cell survival and proliferation
Isoform 3 and 4, lacking the repressor domain, are more active than isoform 1 and 2.
