Target Information
NME3 mRNA는 고도로 정제된 CD34(+) 세포의 조혈 분화 초기 단계에서 주로 발현됩니다. 성장 인자 의존적인 골수 전구세포주에서 NME3의 지속적 발현은 G-CSF에 의해 유도되는 과립구 분화를 억제하고 세포 사멸을 유도합니다. 이러한 결과는 NME3 유전자가 정상 조혈 과정에서 역할을 하며, 과발현 시 만성 골수성 백혈병의 폭발성 변환과 관련된 분화 정지에 기여할 가능성을 시사합니다.
