Target Information

CD371, also known as CLEC12A or Myeloid Inhibitory C-type Lectin-like receptor (MICL), is a highly glycosylated transmembrane receptor containing a cytoplasmic ITIM domain that associates with SHP1 and SHP2. It is primarily expressed on granulocytes, monocytes, macrophages, and dendritic cells, including plasmacytoid dendritic cells. Expression on NK cells remains controversial. Although its full function is not yet understood, CD371 is believed to play a role in inflammation and LPS activation.
