Target Information
FPR1은 주로 백혈구, 호중구 및 단핵구에 발현되는 chemoattractant/chemokine GPCR 계열의 수용체입니다. 이 수용체는 세균에 의해 생성된 formylated peptide와 결합하여 염증 부위로의 백혈구 이동을 유도합니다.
FPR1의 리간드 결합은 phospholipase C 활성화, 칼슘 이동, PKC 활성화를 포함한 다양한 신호전달 경로를 유도하며, 세포골격 극화, 인테그린 활성화, 세포 이동, 식작용, 과립 방출 및 반응성 산소 중간체 생성과 같은 생리적 반응에도 관여합니다.
