The Silencer™ Human Drug Targets siRNA Library includes genes involved in apoptosis, senescence, nucleic acid binding, autophagy, DNA repair, as well as characterized nuclear receptors and other genes considered potential therapeutic targets.
This library contains 23,745 Ambion™ Silencer™ siRNAs targeting 7,915 human genes, enabling comprehensive RNAi screening against known drug target genes.

Designed using the latest genome databases such as NCBI RefSeq, and cross-referenced with Gene Ontology (GO) and HUGO Gene Nomenclature Committee (HGNC) data, the Silencer™ technology ensures high target specificity and siRNA potency.

Screening Efficiency

Ambion™ Silencer™ siRNAs ensure effective gene knockdown even at minimal concentrations, reducing false positives and negatives in RNAi screening.
Each siRNA is supplied at 0.25 nmol, sufficient for 100 transfections (at 25 nM siRNA, 100 μL transfection volume).
