This antibody detects endogenous levels of total GNMT.
Target Information
The GNMT gene encodes an enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of S-adenosyl-L-methionine to S-adenosyl-L-homocysteine and sarcosine. The protein is cytoplasmic and functions as a homotetramer. Mutations in this gene cause GNMT deficiency.
