Target Information
CHCHD6는 보존된 coiled coil-helix 구조를 가진 단백질 패밀리에 속하며, 미토콘드리아 단백질인 mitofilin, SAM50, metaxins 1/2, CHCHD3와 복합체를 형성합니다.
CHCHD6 발현 억제는 미토콘드리아 크리스타 구조 이상, 세포 성장 및 ATP 생성 감소, 산소 소비 저하를 유발합니다. 또한 mitofilin 단백질 수준 감소와 상호 조절 관계를 보이며, 암세포에서 항암제 감수성을 증가시키는 것으로 보고되어 잠재적 항암 타깃으로 제시됩니다.
