Target Information
The TRIM38 gene encodes a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The protein includes a RING-type zinc finger, B box-type zinc finger, and SPRY domain. Its precise biological function remains unidentified. A pseudogene of TRIM38 is located on the long arm of chromosome 4.
