- In direct ELISAs, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human ADAMTS1, 3, 4, 5, 12, 13, 15, 16, or L2 is observed.

Target Information
ADAMTS (a disintegrin and metalloproteinase domain with Thrombospondin type-1 modules) is a family of zinc-dependent proteases involved in various normal and pathological processes, including arthritis and cancer.
These enzymes participate in extracellular matrix breakdown and remodeling during embryogenesis, inflammation, tumor invasion, and metastasis.
ADAMTS proteins feature an amino-terminal propeptide domain, a metalloproteinase domain, a disintegrin-like domain, and a carboxy-terminal region with thrombospondin type-1 (TSP-1) motifs.
ADAMTS genes are mainly expressed in fetal lung, kidney, and liver tissues.
Human ADAMTS10 maps to chromosome 19p13.3, and ADAMTS19 maps to chromosome 5q31.
