Target Information
Glucocorticoid Receptor (NR3C1)는 글루코코르티코이드의 수용체로서 전사인자로 작용하며 다른 전사인자의 조절에도 관여합니다. 이 수용체는 heat shock factor 및 immunophilin과 함께 복합체를 형성하며, 리간드 결합 시 세포질에서 핵으로 이동합니다. 심장(좌우 심방, 좌우 심실, 대동맥, 심첨부, 중격, 방실결절 등)에서 발현되며, 대체 스플라이싱 및 다양한 프로모터 사용으로 여러 전사 변형체를 생성합니다. NR3C1 유전자의 돌연변이는 글루코코르티코이드 저항성(코르티솔 저항성)을 유발할 수 있습니다. GR은 리간드 활성화를 위해 샤페론 단백질 복합체와 결합해야 하며, 덱사메타손과 같은 스테로이드에 나노몰 농도로 결합합니다.
