For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The SNX9 gene encodes a member of the sorting nexin family, which contains a phox (PX) domain responsible for phosphoinositide binding and intracellular trafficking.
Unlike some other family members, SNX9 lacks a coiled-coil region but includes an SH3 domain near its N-terminus.
It interacts with the cytoplasmic domains of precursor forms of ADAM9 and ADAM15, binds the β-appendage domain of adaptor protein 2, and may assist in adaptor protein 2 function at the plasma membrane.
Additionally, SNX9 interacts with activated Cdc42-associated kinase-2 to regulate the degradation of epidermal growth factor receptor protein.
