Target Information
Janus kinase 1 (JAK1)는 interferon-α/β 및 -γ 신호전달 경로에 관여하는 단백질 티로신 키나아제입니다. 인터페론 및 사이토카인 자극은 Stat 전사인자를 JAK1에 모집하며, JAK1은 인접한 Stat 인자를 인산화시켜 이들이 이합체를 형성하고 핵으로 이동하여 표적 유전자 전사 조절에 관여하게 합니다. 리간드 결합 후 JAK1은 티로신 잔기(1022, 1023)의 인산화를 통해 촉매 활성화를 유도합니다.
