Target Information
CSF1R (FMS)는 대식세포의 생성, 분화 및 기능에 관여하며, 전골수성 백혈병과 관련이 있습니다. 리간드 결합은 수용체의 올리고머화 및 자가 인산화를 통해 키나아제 활성을 유도합니다.
CSF1R은 CSF1/PDGF 수용체 계열에 속하는 티로신 키나아제 막 단백질로, 조혈 전구세포의 생존, 증식 및 분화를 조절하며, 특히 단핵구 및 대식세포와 같은 단핵 식세포 계열에서 중요한 역할을 합니다.
IL34 및 CSF1에 반응하여 염증성 케모카인 분비를 촉진하며, 선천 면역 및 염증 반응에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
CSF1R 유전자의 첫 번째 인트론에는 반대 방향으로 배열된 비활성 리보솜 단백질 L7 가공 위유전자가 포함되어 있습니다. CSF1R 유전자 돌연변이는 골수성 악성종양의 소인과 관련이 있습니다.
