Target Information
Dynamin은 clathrin-coated vesicle의 세포 내 흡수(endocytosis)에 필요한 GTPase입니다. 이 단백질의 역할은 초파리(Drosophila melanogaster)의 온도 민감성 돌연변이인 shibire 유전자의 연구를 통해 처음 밝혀졌습니다. 포유류에서는 Dynamin1, Dynamin2, Dynamin3의 세 가지 isoform이 존재하며, 각각 신경세포, 전신, 고환에서 주로 발현됩니다. 각 isoform은 여러 splice variant를 가지며, 특정 세포 내 표적 또는 소포 형성 기능에 차이를 보일 수 있습니다.
Dynamin 단백질은 GTPase 도메인, pleckstrin homology 도메인, proline-rich C-말단 영역을 포함하며, SH3 도메인을 통해 clathrin-coated pit에 결합합니다. Dynamin은 AP2 adaptor 단백질 복합체 및 amphiphysin과 상호작용하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
