Invitrogen™ Vivid Colors™ pcDNA™6.2/C-YFP-DEST Vector
The Vivid Colors™ Fluorescent Protein Gateway™ Destination Vectors allow rapid and easy fusion of a protein of interest to the well-characterized fluorescent proteins from Aequorea victoria using the pcDNA™6.2 Gateway™ mammalian expression vector.
These vectors utilize next-generation fluorescent proteins such as Emerald Green Fluorescent Protein (EmGFP) and Yellow Fluorescent Protein (YFP) for simple, non-invasive detection of recombinant proteins. Both fluorescent proteins are humanized for optimal mammalian expression.
