Product Specific Information
- For immunohistochemistry (PFA-fixed): incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- For formalin-fixed tissues: boil tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer (pH 6.0) for 10–20 minutes, then cool at room temperature for 20 minutes before staining.

Biotin is a water-soluble B complex vitamin (Vitamin B7 or Vitamin H) required by all organisms. It can only be synthesized by bacteria, yeasts, molds, algae, and certain plants. Biotin is essential for carbon dioxide incorporation into organic compounds and has a molecular weight of approximately 244 Da.
