For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

Beta Galactosidase (GLB1) encodes a member of the glycosyl hydrolase 35 family. Alternative splicing generates multiple transcript variants, including one that encodes a preproprotein processed to a mature lysosomal enzyme.
This enzyme hydrolyzes terminal beta-linked galactose residues from ganglioside substrates and other glycoconjugates.
Mutations in GLB1 are associated with GM1-gangliosidosis and Morquio B syndrome.
