Target Information
HspBP1은 Hsp70과 상호작용하는 단백질로, 인간 심장 cDNA 라이브러리에서 yeast two-hybrid 시스템을 통해 처음 분리되었습니다. Hsp70의 ATPase 도메인은 HspBP1과 결합하며, 결합 시 Hsp70의 샤페론 활성을 억제합니다. 또한 HspBP1은 Hsc70으로부터 뉴클레오타이드 해리를 촉진하고 Hsp70 ATPase 도메인의 구조를 변화시킬 수 있습니다. 따라서 HspBP1은 ATPase를 필요로 하는 Hsp70의 다양한 활성을 조절할 수 있는 능력을 가지고 있습니다.
