Alexa Fluor™ Plus recombinant antibodies utilize proprietary dye chemistry for enhanced brightness and signal-to-noise ratio compared to conventional Alexa Fluor conjugates.
These recombinant antibodies offer superior specificity and lot-to-lot consistency, generated by cloning specific antibody genes into expression vectors and expressing them in vitro.

Usage Recommendation:

• Centrifuge the conjugate solution briefly before use and apply only the supernatant to reduce nonspecific background staining.
• Tested in immunocytochemistry and flow cytometry using MCF-7 cells.
• Recommended concentration: 2 µg/mL for ICC, ≤0.5 µg/test for Flow Cytometry.
• A test corresponds to staining a cell sample in 100 µL final volume, typically 10⁵–10⁸ cells/test.
• Optimize antibody titration for best assay performance.

Target Information

GATA3 is a zinc finger transcription factor that binds enhancer elements of T-cell receptor (TCR) genes (α, β, γ, δ), regulating their expression. It is abundantly expressed in T-lymphocytes and plays a crucial role in T-cell receptor gene activation.
The human GATA3 gene consists of 6 exons over 17 kb, with two zinc finger domains encoded by separate exons conserved with GATA1.
