TAGAP (T-cell activation Rho GTPase-activating protein)은 731개의 아미노산으로 구성된 단백질로, Rho-GAP 도메인을 포함하며 4개의 alternative splicing isoform이 존재합니다. TAGAP은 GTPase-activating 단백질로서 T세포 활성화 과정에서 중요한 역할을 할 가능성이 있습니다.
