Target Information
Hemidesmosome은 기저막을 중간섬유 세포골격에 연결하는 구조입니다. ITGB4(Integrin beta-4) 단백질은 두 개의 fibronectin type III domain을 포함하며, 본 항체의 표적 단백질은 ITGB4와 결합하여 세포골격 연결에 기여할 수 있습니다. 또한 이 단백질은 번역 개시 인자로 작용하며 40S 및 60S 리보솜 소단위체의 결합을 억제할 수 있습니다. 여러 전사 변이체가 보고되어 있으며, 두 가지 이소폼을 암호화합니다.
