Target Information
이 유전자는 부분적으로 풀린 3'-tailed DNA 기질을 선호하는 DNA-unwinding 효소를 암호화하며, ATP 의존적으로 RNA/DNA 및 RNA/RNA 복합체도 풀 수 있습니다. 이 효소는 heterogeneous nuclear RNA-binding 단백질의 일원이며 Ras 신호전달 경로의 구성 요소로, Ras-GTPase-activating 단백질의 SH3 도메인과 결합합니다. 여러 가지 대체 스플라이싱 전사 변이가 보고되었으나, 일부의 전체 길이는 아직 완전히 규명되지 않았습니다.
