Target Information
Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. They are useful in detection, sorting, or purification of their specified targets. Secondary antibodies provide increased versatility, enabling use with various detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and greater sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody. These antibodies are typically generated by immunizing host animals with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and may be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
