Target Information
Ebola virus는 외피를 가진 음성 단일가닥 RNA 바이러스로, Filoviridae 과에 속하며 Marburg virus와 유사한 형태를 가지지만 항원적 특성은 다릅니다.
이 바이러스의 게놈은 비분절 RNA이며 SDS-PAGE 분석에서 7개의 구조 단백질이 확인됩니다. 주요 단백질은 다음과 같습니다:
- NP (104 K)
- GP (125 K, glycosylated)
- L protein (180 K)
- VP40 (40 K)
- ViPX (35 K)
- VP30 (30 K)
- VP24 (24 K)
모든 단백질은 virion RNA에 상보적인 단일 mRNA 전사체에 의해 발현됩니다. GP는 표면 스파이크를 구성하는 주요 단백질로 유일하게 당화된 125K 단백질입니다.
