Target Information
ALG2는 glycosyltransferase 1 패밀리에 속하는 단백질로, α1,3 mannosyltransferase로 작용하여 Man(2)GlcNAc(2)-dolichol diphosphate 및 Man(1)GlcNAc(2)-dolichol diphosphate를 mannosylation하여 Man(3)GlcNAc(2)-dolichol diphosphate를 형성합니다. ALG2 유전자의 결함은 선천성 당화 이상증 I형h (CDG-Ii)와 관련이 있습니다.
