For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

S100A9 (MRP-14) is a member of the S100 family of proteins containing two EF-hand calcium-binding motifs.
S100 proteins are localized in the cytoplasm and/or nucleus of various cells and are involved in regulating processes such as cell cycle progression and differentiation.
S100 genes include at least 13 members clustered on chromosome 1q21.
This protein may function in the inhibition of casein kinase, and altered expression has been associated with cystic fibrosis.
