Target Information
Dynamin은 clathrin-coated vesicle의 내포(endocytosis)에 필요한 GTPase입니다.
이 단백질은 처음 Drosophila melanogaster의 shibire 돌연변이 연구 중 발견되었습니다.
포유류에서는 Dynamin1, Dynamin2, Dynamin3의 세 가지 유사 isoform이 존재하며,
- Dynamin1: 신경세포에 특이적으로 발현
- Dynamin2: 전 조직에 발현
- Dynamin3: 주로 고환에서 발현
각 isoform은 여러 splice variant를 가지며, 서로 다른 세포 내 표적 또는 소포 형성 기능을 수행할 수 있습니다.
Dynamin 단백질은 GTPase 도메인, pleckstrin homology 도메인, proline-rich C-말단을 포함하며,
SH3 도메인을 통해 clathrin-coated pit에 결합합니다.
또한 AP2 adaptor 단백질 복합체 및 amphiphysin과 상호작용하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
