Product Specific Information
- In direct ELISAs, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human NG2/MCSP/CSPG4 is observed.
- Reconstitute in sterile PBS to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.
Target Information
A human melanoma-associated chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan (CSPG4) plays a role in stabilizing cell-substratum interactions during early events of melanoma cell spreading on endothelial basement membranes. CSPG4 represents an integral membrane chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan expressed by human malignant melanoma cells.
