Target Information

AhR은 리간드 의존적 전사 인자로서, xenobiotic responsive elements (XREs)에 결합하여 CYP1A1, glutathione S-transferase Ya subunit, DT-diaphorase 등의 유전자를 활성화합니다.
Ah receptor nuclear translocator 단백질(Arnt1 또는 Arnt2)은 AhR의 핵 내 이동 및 XRE 결합에 필수적입니다.
BMAL1은 Clock과 이합체를 형성하여 mPer1 프로모터에 결합하며, 포유류의 일주기 리듬 조절에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
