Product Specific Information
Reconstitute with 0.2 mL of distilled water to yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Target Information
IRF1 encodes interferon regulatory factor 1, a member of the interferon regulatory transcription factor (IRF) family.
IRF1 acts as an activator of interferons α and β transcription and is required for double-stranded RNA induction of these genes in mouse.
It also functions as a transcription activator of genes induced by interferons α, β, and γ, and plays roles in regulating apoptosis and tumor suppression.
Diseases associated with IRF1 include gastric cancer, somatic and lung cancer.
