Target Information
Cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase with dual specificity for second messengers cAMP and cGMP, which are key regulators of many physiological processes. PDE3B may play a role in fat metabolism and regulates cAMP binding of RAPGEF3. Through simultaneous binding to RAPGEF3 and PIK3R6, it assembles a signaling complex activating the PI3K gamma complex, contributing to angiogenesis.
