Target Information

ZDHHC20는 표적 단백질의 Cys 잔기에 palmitoylation을 촉매하는 효소로, EGFR의 세포질 C-말단 palmitoylation을 조절하여 EGFR 신호의 지속 시간을 조절합니다.
C16 지방산 사슬을 가진 acyl-CoA를 선호하며, C14 및 C18 acyl-CoA도 이용할 수 있습니다.
