Target Information
이 유전자는 α 및 β 에스트로겐 수용체와 고아 핵 수용체 NR1D2의 공동조절인자를 암호화합니다. 단백질은 핵에 위치하며, 공동활성화(coactivator) 및 공동억제(corepressor) 기능을 모두 가진 것으로 알려져 있습니다. 핵 수용체와의 상호작용은 AF2 도메인에 의존하지 않습니다. 이 유전자에는 여러 가지 대체 스플라이싱 전사 변이체가 보고되어 있습니다.
